Rabbi Dr. Nathan T. Lopes Cardozo, originally from Amsterdam, Holland, is well known throughout America, Canada, South Africa and Europe for his lectures offering deep insights into Jewish Philosophy which for years have enthralled audiences throughout the world.
He received Rabbinic ordination from Gateshead Yeshiva in England and holds a Ph.D. from Columbia Pacific University.
He has lectured at Ohr Someyach College for Jewish Studies and at Michlala-Jerusalem College for Women in Jerusalem and is dean of the David Cardozo academy in Jerusalem where he lives with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
He is a highly regarded author and much sought after lecturer and has written many books as well as many articles on Jewish thought and law, boldly examining the most controversial topics in the Jewish belief system and revealing the most profound expressions of Judaic wisdom.
He frequently lectures at outreach programs, synagogues, and university campuses in Israel and in English-speaking countries.
