This cruise aboard the 5 star Costa Atlantica was an incredible journey along Norway's magnificent coastline and spectacular fjords of Nordic legends.

There are few places in the world where you are constantly surrounded with such majestic landscape. Travelers were mesmerized by overwhelming beauty as we sailed through deep glistening waters enveloped by towering cliffs, rolling green hills, plunging waterfalls and green or snow-topped mountains and come face-to-face with timeless glaciers.

As we traveled through the fjords, we were enchanted by some of the world’s most intense and ever-changing scenery, we glided through lakes, delicate silver waterfalls, rivers and streams and visited little villages and lively cities such as:

(i) Bergen boasting steep, snow-capped mountains, deep fjords, roaring waterfalls and soothing rivers sure to amaze any visitor;
(ii) Geirganger, a quaint village nestled among stunning mountains along side Geirgangerfjord, held by many to be the most beautiful of Norway's fjords and simply bursting with breathtaking views not to be missed; 
(iii) Copenhagen, with Hans Christian Andersen's Little Mermaid standing in the harbour to wave your departure and welcoming your return, as it has for countless visitors since 1913 and many more, as well as discover charming ports that fierce Vikings once called home.

Our group was also privileged to participate in a series of shiurim provided on board by our resident cruise Rabbi, Rabbi Stewart Weiss of the Ra'anana Jewish Outreach Centre.

It was our great honor and pleasure to have had world famous cantor Moshe Schulhof join us aboard this sensation cruise to further enrich our experience with his wonderful voice.

Moshe Schulhof, one of the worlds foremost Cantors, was born in New York City and began his singing career there as a child prodigy as early as the age of six, when he performed a cantorial piece before an audience of 2,000 in New York.

Schulhof studied cantorial singing and opera in New York and Montreal conservatories. At the early age of 18, he was appointed to his first pulpit in New York and subsequently has held some of the most important cantorial positions in North America. As an internationally renowned concert artist, Moshe is in constant demand on the concert stage as well as guest cantorial appearances throughout the world thrilling Jewish as well as non-Jewish audiences the world over and currently serves as the cantor of the Aventura Turnberry Jewish Center Beth Jacob in North Miami Beach where his awesome vocal talent and spiritual guidance inspire thousands of congregants.

He sings in seven languages being equally at home singing secular as well as religious music to world acclaim and we feel extremely fortunate to have provided our group with the wonderful opportunity on this cruise to enjoy the unique experience of a live performance by Cantor Schulhof as well as of enjoying his tefillah and participation as a member of our group on this fantastic cruise.
