You will enjoy the finest & most delicious Gourmet Glatt kosher cuisine of uncompromising quality and strict kashrut standards. Our own staffs meticulously design each menu and prepare every meal on board from fresh ingredients - you will taste the difference and delight in the choice!

All meat is Glatt kosher and milk products are Chalav Yisrael. Our on-board Kosher kitchen is under the full time supervision of a team of mashgichim, headed by our cruise Rav HaMachshir. We send a larger team of mashgichim per cruise, in comparison to other existing operators.

All our cruises are Glatt Kosher, Chalav Yisrael and Pat Yisrael.
Your additional Jewish needs have also all been catered for, including stimulating Jewish entertainment and lectures, daily Minyanim, Shiurim, Shabbat arrangements and on-board rabbi to assist where needed.

Maritime Glatt Kosher The MGK is a conglomerate of various Rabbanim who all are either currently or have previously held the highest administrative positions in mainstream Kashrut organizations. Each Rav Hamachshir is responsible for hiring and training his own group of mashgichim who will support him in the supervision of that particular cruise. Our Head Mashgichim have all had cruise supervision experience, a critical element in insuring that the highest level of Kashrut be maintained.

With over 15 years of Cruise Ship and Resort Kosher Supervision Rabbi Miller is one of the most experienced Rav Hamachshir in the Kosher Cruise industry. He has supervised kosher resort programs worldwide, in some of the most exotic and exclusive locations imaginable. Rabbi Miller has consistently provided the highest standard of uncompromising kosher service in venues as diverse as The Caribbean, Mexico, Canada, China, Hawaii, Europe, and throughout The United States. His resume includes both numerous National Kashrus organizations, corporate, and private clientele of the most strict and demanding standards. Rabbi Aharon Chein

Aharon Chein

Rabbi Aharon Chein has been associated with the Georgian Jewish Community since 1992. He was born in Georgia and grew up in Israel where he studied consecutively at the following institutions: Rabbi Yosef Caro elementary school, Yeshivat Hanegev, Yeshiva Ketanah, and Gedola. He completed his Rabbinical studies in the Kollel of Sderot in 1982.
In 1998 he received an invitation from Georgian President Eduard Shevardnadze to join him in Georgia to celebrate the 26th century of Jewish existence in the country. It was in that year that Rabbi Chein decided to form a new organization, Federation of Georgian Jews, dedicated to uniting all Georgian Jews. Rabbi Chein spent many years working as a Shochet, and is considered an expert in Kosher Meat production. Rabbi Chein is also an expert mohel since 1980 as well as a sofer. In 1999, Rabbi Chein founded Strictly Kosher Organization and leads it presently. The highest standards of Kashrut are always observed.

Rabbi Moishe Zahler

Rabbi Moishe Zahler

has many years of experience as a Rav Hamachshir working for most of the mainstream Kashrut organizations. He has successfully overseen Passover programs both nationally and internationally. He recently supervised the Kashrut programs in Orlando and Sarasota under the ORB and together with his brother-in-law, Rabbi Monish Spitz supervised the Passover program in Mexico City under the Magen David Kashrut.  Rabbi Zahler also supervises the kashrut on numerous Kosher cruise ship programs. Besides kashrut, he has extensive experience in the area of Eiruv construction and maintenance.

Rabbi Manish Spitz

Rabbi Manish Spitz has worked for over 25 years in the kashrut field. He works for various national kashrut organizations and local Va'ads in Florida. He previously worked for Florida's state kashruth enforcement.
He was the Rav and Rav Hamachshir for many years for the Crown Hotel and San Soucci Hotel of Miami Beach. He also gave the Daf Yomi shiur.
Rabbi Spitz has trained many mashgichim and given lectures on kashrut, including a seminar in Yerusalaim on how to kasher the house for Passover. Rabbi Spitz has been the Rav Hamachshir on many cruises.

Rabbi Simpser

Rabbi Simpser has many years of experience working in the kosher industry on behalf of many worldwide kosher supervisory agencies, such as the CRC (Chicago Rabbinical Council), the O.U. (Orthodox Union), the O.R.B. (Florida), and the Star –K. He was the Founding Kashrus Director for MGK- Maritime Glatt Kosher and was responsible for staff (Mashgiach) training and overseeing kosher production on cruise ships that meet the highest Glatt Kosher standards.

Rabbi Simpser has wide-range experience in hotel kashrut, having overseen Pesach food production at many hotels for over a decade along with past Cruises.

Rabbi Simpser founded the Community Kollel of Des Moines in 1999 and now runs a Jewish Outreach Program in Minneapolis, Aish-Minnessota. He has been involved in kiruv and adult education for over 20 years.
