Three hotels for Passover 2027
Kosher Travelers runs Passover programs abroad and in Israel for observant families: the whole program, from the Seder to the last breakfast, in a hotel we have taken for the chag. Pesach 2027 begins with the first Seder on the evening of Wednesday, April 21 (the full Pesach 2027 dates). Rhodes runs to the diaspora calendar; the two Israel programs run to the Israeli one, with a second-day minyan for guests from abroad.
The programs are run in English for English-speaking, modern Orthodox families, and suit anyone who keeps Shabbat and kashrut; there are no religious requirements to join and we never ask about your observance. Guests fly in from New York, Miami, London, Manchester, Melbourne and Johannesburg, and from across Israel.

Passover programs abroad
Passover hotels and resorts, 2027: the Elysium in Rhodes
The Elysium Resort and Spa is a five-star hotel on its own beach in Rhodes, and for Pesach 2027 every one of its 300 rooms is ours, for 600 guests. Every room has a balcony and a sea view.
This is the program for families who want the chag somewhere warm and beautiful, with the cooking done for them and nothing to organize. The whole hotel is Glatt Kosher Mehadrin for the length of the program, kitniyot-free, non-gebrochts and Chalav Yisrael, with a head mashgiach and a team of six on site. Rabbi Dr Laibl Wolf and Professor David Shyovitz are the scholars in residence, Dr Tal Becker and Rivkah Krinsky the guest speakers, and the evenings have Shlomo Lipman, Shai Barak and the mentalist Menni Hollander. There is a supervised children's camp and a separate teen program, an early dinner for the children, four Seder options from a private room to the communal Seder led in English, and a choice of 10 or 12 nights. Guided day trips on Chol Hamoed are optional: the Jewish quarter of Rhodes Old Town and the Kahal Shalom Synagogue, the ferry to Symi, Lindos and the Seven Springs. Rhodes airport is twenty minutes away.

Pesach programs in Israel: Jerusalem and the Kinneret
Two programs in Israel for Pesach 2027, both under an Israeli rabbinate, both with a second-day minyan for guests from abroad when there is demand for one.
Nof Ginosar, on the Sea of Galilee
Nof Ginosar sits directly on the shore of Lake Kinneret, with a private beach, lawns running down to the water and 180 renovated deluxe rooms and suites. It is the family program: a brand new pool, tennis and basketball courts, mini golf, bikes, a kids club and a teen program, and Grand Deluxe Family rooms for a couple with three children, or a two-room family plan for larger families. Supervision is Glatt Mehadrin under the Emek Hayarden Rabbinate; gebrochts is served. Rabbi Joel and Ruthie Portnoy and Herb and Susie Keinon are the scholars in residence, the Solomon Brothers play, and Gilda Posner hosts on site for the whole program. You pay for seven nights and the night after Chag is free, with breakfast. Tiberias, Tzfat and Meron are a short drive, and the Golan is across the water for the optional self-drive day trips.

The Inbal Hotel, Jerusalem
The Inbal is a five-star hotel in the center of Jerusalem, with the Old City walls in view from the upper floors, an on-site synagogue for every tefillah of the chag, an indoor pool on the spa level and a courtyard under stone arches. Supervision is by the Jerusalem Rabbinate, every product Mehadrin, no kitniyot, gebrochts served. Full board on Shabbat and Yom Tov, breakfast every day of Chol Hamoed, and the city on your doorstep in between: the Kotel is a walk away, and an optional Israel mission runs each day of Chol Hamoed with English-speaking guides. Rabbi James Kennard, formerly Principal of Mount Scopus Memorial College in Melbourne, is the scholar in residence, with Vicky Kennard.

What every Kosher Travelers Pesach program includes
The list changes a little by hotel, and each program page carries its own. These are the parts that do not change.
- Supervision, named
- Each program page names the rabbinate that supervises it and states the kitniyot and gebrochts policy in plain words. Rhodes is Glatt Kosher Mehadrin, kitniyot-free and non-gebrochts; the two Israel programs are Mehadrin, kitniyot-free, gebrochts served.
- Seder
- Your family at its own table, or a private or semi-private room where the hotel allows it; the communal Seder is led in English. The options and prices are on each program page.
- Minyanim and shiurim
- Daily minyanim through the chag, a second-day minyan for guests from abroad on the Israel programs, and shiurim from the scholars in residence every day.
- Children's and teens camp
- A supervised camp for children and a separate teen program, with professional, hand-picked counselors, and an early dinner for the children in Rhodes.
- Meals
- Full board on Shabbat and Yom Tov everywhere. On Chol Hamoed, Rhodes stays full board; Nof Ginosar is half board with afternoon tea; the Inbal includes breakfast.
- Our people in the hotel
- Kosher Travelers staff stay in the hotel with you for the whole program: David and Chana Walles in Rhodes, Gilda Posner at Nof Ginosar.
Not included anywhere: flights, travel insurance, Chol Hamoed day trips (optional and self-drive on the Israel programs, guided and optional in Rhodes), spa treatments, and the private Seder rooms. Israeli citizens add VAT on the Israel programs.

What a Passover program costs, and what the price buys
Every price on this site is per room for two guests unless it says otherwise, and every figure is the one published today, confirmed before you pay a deposit.
For Pesach 2027 the from-prices are €6,900 per couple for ten nights in Rhodes, 23,500 NIS per couple for seven nights at Nof Ginosar with the eighth night free, and 26,600 NIS per couple for seven nights at the Inbal. Children sharing a room pay a child rate, a third adult sharing pays an adult-sharing rate, and connecting rooms are limited and carry a supplement. The Israel programs quote in NIS and Israeli citizens add 18% VAT; Rhodes quotes in euros with a US-dollar figure alongside for guests from North America.
What the price buys is the chag itself: the room, every meal of Yom Tov and Shabbat, the Seder, the minyanim, the scholars, the children's camp and the entertainment, and the people who run it. Deposit and terms
How booking works: deposit, balance and cancellation
You inquire, a person replies, your questions are answered, and a deposit confirms your room. Rooms are confirmed in order of booking, and each category has a limited number.
The deposit is per room and is stated on each program page: €1,000 in Rhodes, 4,000 NIS at Nof Ginosar. Half the total is due in January and the balance in February, on the dates each program page gives. Cancellation terms sit on each program page directly under the rates, in plain words, and we strongly recommend travel insurance; most policies must be bought within 21 days of paying the deposit. Nothing is paid on this website: a person confirms every booking.

Sukkot
Sukkot programs at David's Harp, Kinneret
Each autumn Kosher Travelers runs one of our Sukkot programs at David's Harp, a hotel set above the north-west shore of the Kinneret with the Golan Heights across the water.
Seven nights over the whole of Sukkot, from Erev Chag to Hoshana Rabba: full board on Shabbat and Yom Tov, half board on Chol Hamoed, a private Beit Knesset in the hotel, two scholars in residence in sequence, wine tasting in the sukkah, and a children's program. David and Chana Walles host. The 2026 program runs from Friday, September 25 to Friday, October 2, 2026; the 2027 program runs from Friday, October 15 to Friday, October 22, 2027 (the festival itself: Sukkot dates). How much do Pesach programs typically cost?
Our Pesach 2027 programs start from €6,900 per couple for ten nights in Rhodes, 23,500 NIS per couple at Nof Ginosar and 26,600 NIS per couple at the Inbal, all for the room, the Seder, every Yom Tov and Shabbat meal, the minyanim, the scholars and the children's camp. What Passover programs are available in 2027?
Three from Kosher Travelers: Pesach 2027 at the Elysium Resort, Rhodes (April 20 to May 2, the whole hotel, Glatt Kosher Mehadrin, non-gebrochts); Pesach 2027 at Nof Ginosar, Lake Kinneret (April 21 to 29, the family program on the Sea of Galilee); and Pesach 2027 at the Inbal Hotel, Jerusalem (April 21 to 28, or 8 or 12 nights, in the city).
Are there any hotels that offer kosher Passover programs?
Yes. The hotels on this page are taken by Kosher Travelers for the chag and run as kosher-for-Pesach hotels for the length of the program: the Elysium Resort and Spa in Rhodes, where every one of the 300 rooms is ours; Nof Ginosar on the Kinneret; and the Inbal in Jerusalem. The supervising rabbinate is named on each program page.

Do you serve kitniyot or gebrochts?
No kitniyot on any program. Rhodes is non-gebrochts and Chalav Yisrael; the two Israel programs serve gebrochts (sheruya). Tell us when you inquire if your family does not eat gebrochts and we will say which program suits.
We are coming from abroad to a program in Israel. What about the second day?
Both Israel programs run a second-day minyan for overseas guests when there is demand for one, and Nof Ginosar offers a second-day Chag package with the second Seder. Guests follow their own rabbi on the second day; we make sure there is a minyan and a meal.
Can grandparents manage the hotels?
Tell us what you need. Ground-floor and accessible rooms, lifts and the distance from the rooms to the dining room and synagogue are things we answer for each hotel before you book.
Are flights included, and can our Israeli family join us?
Flights are not included; we can introduce you to a travel agent who knows the program. Family living in Israel are welcome on every program and book with the Israel line; Israeli citizens add VAT on the Israel programs.
