Unless otherwise specifically stated in writing with respect to a particular tour or cruise, passengers, who cancel for any reason including medical or family reasons, are subject to the following per person cancellation fees: 

Cruises & Tours: CANCELLATION FEES

Penalties will apply to any part of this booking that is cancelled and will apply to all travel, including cruise, pre cruise, land arrangements, and airfare.
91 days or more prior to departure: 50% of deposit
90 - 61 days prior to departure: 50% of total
Less than 61 days prior to departure: 100% of total-no refund

Special Group Chagim Hotel Schemes: CANCELLATION FEES (days prior to departure)

More than 90 days: 50% of deposit
89 - 61 days: 100% of deposit
60 – 53 days: 25% of total
52 – 32 days: 35% of total
31 – 23 days: 50% of total
22 – 15 days: 75% of total
14 – 8 days: 85% of total
Less than 8 days: 100% of total-no refund

Name changes and Departure Date changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees. 

We strongly recommend the Purchase of cancellation insurance to avoid the penalties stated above.

Insurance

Please ensure that you have adequate insurance cover. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel coverage.

Eddie’s Travel will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to: Luggage, accidents en-route, etc.

Deposits & Payment

No booking will be conformed prior to receipt of deposit by Eddie’s Travel. Required deposit must be received within 7 days of booking, full payment must be received as per each supplier regulations.
