Our menus are designed; and gourmet cuisine is freshly prepared onboard, by our own 5 star chefs directed by the executive Chef of the 5 star Dan Accadia hotel, Herzliya-Israel, all under full and strict kashrut supervision. We do not serve any pre-made caterer's food .
